Release burdens

In “Online Meditation” this week we practised floating in the ocean and releasing all our burdens, responsibilities and tasks in the waters of inner peace.

(P.S. At the end of the meditation, you get to decide if you want to pick up any burdens that you discarded. You might just want to embrace the rest of the day from the spontaneous-present moment instead!)
